He provided this link and if you read the document which is a 30 page PDF, it clearly says they incorporated in the UK. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13131104/filing-history. Yes, they say they are a Swiss company, but where are the documents that prove it? This one proves they are registered in the UK.
