maybe not recent but at some point they were downgraded, just stating fact grey to pink is not unheard of

It is functionally immaterial WHY they were relegated to the gray market. The relevant operative facts are 1. They were on a fully tradeable and liquid market at some point in the past; 2 They were at some point relegated to the grey market; 3. They were reinstated to the pink sheets or another fully tradeable and liquid securities market. That's the point. And, most pertinent to this discussion, $COUV is doing everything reasonably and professionally feasible and appropriate to be returned to the OTC pink sheets as soon as is reasonably practicable. They then apparently have actual plans in motion, along with appropriate actions, to uplist to NASDAQ if and when that becomes a business-appropriate possibility.
