It's been a month and a half since he told us filings would be coming "soon". All we need is to get current and we won't have to worry about the SEC coming to steal all of our money.

We literally don't have time to wait. There is a hard deadline for Stop Signs in September of this year, and the SEC has already started plucking many of the sub pennies proactively. Guy Peckham needs to get off his ass and make moves now.
