Setting up the post-bankruptcy company with the number of shares of stock that BioRestorative has available at this time is nothing less than brilliant planning on behalf of the new management! Dilution is not relevant, it is a distraction

Everyone should do there own DD This Company did not keep itself Alive To dilute for nothing When they can make a 100 times more keeping the company running
