Guys, go back and do some reading. The hang up all along was because the judge felt there should never have been a custodianship in the first place! That is why WE the share holders GAVE the shell to TDS with our vote. That is what the vote was all about. Synergy will NEVER get CLHI back. Seriously , go back and read again!
