I don’t understand why so many people think SHWZ is going to be bought out.

The specific purpose of this company was to compete with the big pharma and big tobacco and big alcohol.

The acquisition pipeline, stated by former CEO, is the David’s of the cannabis industry vs the Goliath’s.

It will be interesting to see what companies SHWZ is set to purchase and to see if this thesis has changed with the new CEO. SHWZ has acquired 3 companies the former CEO agreed to purchase.

I don’t see SHWZ being an acquisition target while having potential acquisitions in 22 or 23 states. Companies would have to be willing to pay for that, and that is equivalent to how many states Curaleaf is in. I just don’t see it.
