The ruling on going forward has already been made. Ruled in favor of DGTW the motion to rescind was already denied, therefore continuing with sub V.
My guess is as good as yours, but IMO we should hear something about the POR hearing hopefully after the conference on the 18th thats suppose to target process of SubV.
