I have deleted many of Prints posts, that have been re-instated by Matt, which is his Prerogative...

IMO, McBride Violates SEC Rule 17(b), every time he posts on a Message Board, as an Insider/Control Person, without a Disclaimer... In addition, a Message Board is NOT a place for such people to make "Statements" and then refuse to answer any question...

You still don't fully comprehend the implications of the 10Q: not only does it further Discredit McBride, as if it were possible, BUT it also Discredits the new Management and the BoD, possibly BEYOND REPAIR....
