It's called asking a question... I am sincerely interested in the answer... btw, when a company finances shares for a given amount, the market usually moves the market price for shares to the sale price... I was really asking if there is a reason for it NOT to happen. I am not a long time long, but I am long in RLFTF to the tune of 168k shares...
