I’m surprised you didn’t post the GE news with this, about the same time period. In both cases large sums of money for partnerships and research. Sigma has had to reverse split their shareholders shares multiple times since then. It appears Sigma didn’t get much cash out of the deal. Appears to be a common occurrence for Sigma in partnerships.

Velo3d is likely providing the printers and software. Since the date of the published article is more relevant. Notice: No one appeared to be concerned about a NDA.
