After an hour and a half on the phone, I still couldn't put in a trade for it. Not online or with a human. (My order/information was to be handled by someone else in the morning.)
But they were nice and apologized more than a few times for my patience. (Like yelling would accomplish something!). lol
Oh well, will see what happens during trading hours.
