OMG! Are you saying it has employees? It doesn’t even have permission to do business by the state of its incorporation! Are you denying this? Is it filing financials? Has it paid its taxes?

Why is it so hard to understand that people still sometimes refer to the former Bioamber as Bioamber, a trade name that was purchased?????
