No one is saying they have legal material they are withholding on purpose...I was thinking that maybe it is easier requires from a legal perspective that any significant issues be done in the official name stock symbol LBSR. It is just a guess but I am not a corporate lawyer...
Certainly the company is headed by a mining engineer and Lawyer and knows what it is doing than any of us here.
