These are standard annual business filings.

I own three companies and have to submit reports every year for each of them - along with fees, of course.

As such, I wouldn't read too much into it.

Means nothing really
A third party software found the old SOS information and posted them today for some reason.

My guess is the information was never tied to UNVC because UNVC in OTCMarkets is listed as being Univec, Inc. and someone brought it to his attention and he manually changed his software to connect UNVC to Univec Conglomerate Inc in DE.
