If you go to OTCMarkets you can read the latest 8k. It will show what the shareholders are voting on. As far as my opinion, I believe a reverse split will help shareholders in the long run. There are patents and a real product. I feel we are sitting on the bottom right now and even if a R/S is approved our bottom line will show gains!
