Can you point to a filing or share structure data that supports your claim - according to the Transfer Agent, which maintains the daily AS & OS, the OS hasn't increased for more than a year.

In addition, can you please post a link to a specific filing that supports your claim: "so they issued shares at higher pps to give the illusion it was going up." TIA
