I played OTC since 1992. Once on line cheap fee trading started penny stock volume and trading exploded. That brought all the crooks since. I have seen so many share selling scams. Why? Crime in OTC pays. Steal millions and never going to jail. Seen millions stolen by clear fraud and no one ever pays. If scum person then crime pays in OTC. That has never changed. The fraud in all he pr's for years here is so clear. Yet took this long to shut them down. This is in top 3 all time scams I have seen. Based on two 1 for 1000 r/s. That means on before 1st one basis trillions issued by these crooks. All run by Joe C and preferred shareholders. Who have taken turns as CEO's. Started as aerospace company until got in scam saying in pot business. Changed name but never in pot business. They did dump billions doing that.

I agree but so many. This one top of list as one of the worse ever. With so many lies and fraud pr's. None easier to prove fraud. Even name is fraud as never in pot business. They lied about that to. That lie enabled them to dump billions.
