Look, I lost A LOT of money too. I sold on the drop, LOST, bought more on the way down, LOST, and plan to buy more and might still lose however, I choose to be positive about all this until we have concrete evidence proving otherwise. If that evidence was already given, we would not be having this conversation. File a class action suit, you get nothing!!
