any chance you can expound on that (i understand if you cannot), but are you speaking of Megas/Lahr/Huxley who screwed shareholders by bailing out the DTC?
Who bailed out the DTC? the brokers? Megas/Lahr?

What do you mean by 'bailing out the DTC' - how did they - if you can speak to that at all.


If the perpetrators help bail out the DTC, why does the DTC seem obsessed with Megas being arrested or jailed, if in fact Megas could actually implicate the DTC?


obviously i am groping in the dark here but why does the DTC need Megas arrested or jailed to set in motion your monumental deal?


Because technically, thinking out loud here, regarding the Megas/Lahr/Huxley scam, whatever monies they siphoned in the ponzi scheme, if any of it is recovered by DOJ, of course won't go to us (shareholders), but go to restitution to be paid directly to Lahr/Megas's financial victims. So anyone hoping that by capturing Megas that some of those funds will be paid to shareholders is incorrect.
