I think that SR-2021-801(northendguy post) will reduced the number of overall stocks that will be shorted. now they can just naked short everything. Stimulus will hold this in check for a little while. all stock prices should rise soon just on the fear MM's will have of what happened in DEC-FEB. Imagine that, MM's having fear of their heavily shorted stocks getting crushed
