Does PMCB put out a press release when the IND becomes inactive
As someone pointed out, Kenny wasn't in too much of a hurry to give the news on the world famous Hai Kang Covid test kit agreement falling apart. And that was material news. Where he was forced to tell SHs.
But an IND already on permanent Hold going to an "inactive" status? Doesn't seem to fit into the material news category. It's just a progression. A continuation of what is already happening - nothing much. It's safe to bet next Oct will come&go, the IND on permanent Hold, will be classified as inactive by the FDA, and Kenny will forget to comment on it.
Kenny issuing recycled PR pumps about "tests" from the past 4 yrs, for the next 2 is going to get old. Maybe he can slip the lab at the U Northern Colorado a few bucks, to work on the treatment of Covid after effects using THC? One scam angle is as good as another.
