There is no "delisting from the pinksheets." The pinks are not the same as OTCBB -- there are no requirements for the pinksheets.

LLBO will remain on the pinks forever unless Holmes voluntarily tells otcmarkets.com to take it down. The worst that could happen: they go from DARK/DEFUNCT to TOXIC (skull and crossbones). But that only happens when the company gets caught doing something illegal.

I haven't seen the Skull and Crossbones in a long time.

Here are three companies I know quite well that literally no longer exist but remain on the pinks as DARK/DEFUNCT:

THRR
AOLS
KKUR

I think LLBO can be added to that list -- unless Holmes gets his corporate status up-to-date in Nevada, but what are the odds?
