My point here is ... If the Patents are worthless and they don't use them Why haven't the "Bigs" Ever stated in a court room that they don't use them.. They have tried " you didn't invent them" "you don't own them" "they are obvious and they are abstract" But NEVER "we don't use them" Go Figure
It appears that they have never been put in a position that they have to say that, so why would they?
I find the idea that poor ole Apple and the others are being browbeat by backyard-bully VPLM to be sad but hilarious. Yet, that seems to be the idea being pushed and accepted by Koh.
VPLM needs to be allowed to present their case IMO. It seems it would be cheaper and more timely for the defendants to let them do so if they feel there is no infringement.
