CDEL is a scammy MM. I was bidding .0073 and they filled just above me at .0074. Likely CDEL grabbing anything they can before company releases report. I got zilch today. I have more shares than I need but I’ll keep accumulating stupidity.

Rachel will likely turn them on to another development being the selling agent. She does well if Northstar does well. Perfect team. Bet they pick up 10-20 more lots. They build a beautiful home, clearly.
