JPS want commons..for good reasons. That is why all the "conversion" talk.

To repeat: I would not be "converting" my 2021 Silverado to a 1973 F 150 with 200,000 miles rusted out.

"Converting" a 73 F150 to a 2021 Silverado, however, is a different story. I would be trading "up".

The conversion they speak of is "trading down", since the commons were worth more than the preferreds prior to cship.

Never fear: Conversion is here: Just push "sell" to your preferreds and "buy" to commons. And, if you are hoping for a bucket of cash for each share, also buy a lottery ticket. You are more likely to get a bucket of cash with a lottery ticket than any type of favorable preffered to common conversion.
