I’ve been around many court cases. That motion was granted by the judge. The lawyers didn’t write the GRANTED papers. The judges clerk did after he granted the motion

You two are wasting way too much of your time talking about a motion to extend. 99.999999999% of the time it will be granted by the courts. The only thing we care about, is when HCMC files their response to PM's motion to dismiss and than the judges response, which we hope and in all likelihood will be to dismiss PM's motion to dismiss. If these actions happen, than the probability of a settlement increases.
