Not quite sure what you are talking about. Not one of those stocks you mentioned was suspended by the SEC. Totally different kettle of fish compared to an SEC suspended ticker like COUV.
As a side note the OTC itself has now started its due dilligence in support of the SEC/Finra efforts to clean up these garbage shells like COUV and placed at least 50 tickers onto they geeys today alone. Only 2,800 more to go though.
