I agree, top 3% is a good thing, whether or not it includes Ph 1, 2, 3s or all in a ball.

But a clarification on what top 3% means. It means at the bottom of the top 3%; if it were in the top of the 3% IPIX would be listed as in the top 1% or 2%. Regardless, still good news. If we see a successful 2b/3 top 1% would be likely, imo.
