fg
when has this board or the rest of the planet in general ever recieved a straight answer from mcbride?

the one about his first amendment rights was a real hoot.

people here on this board refuse to address any of the issues i have brought up.

mcbride said he never robbed this company.
reread the restaurant/ grouper story i posted.

how much did he pay himself for pr and inventions?
paid himself from his struggling, fledgling company?
i guess hed like us to believe that he is just a really bad businessman without the ability to think about the consequenses to the company.

i really want to hear what he says to justify leaving HIS LITTLE COMPANY with 41 k in the bank.

that ought to be really rich.
excuse the pun.

and richard. i know u are reading this board .

u can stop me and the rest of the people who are thinking what i a m posting about u. with a couple of viable explanations.

why do u need an attorney to tell us why u never bought those shares or loaned the company the money u said u would?

it doesnt take a rocket scientist to say why these things NEVER happened. why would u need the counsel?

cant wait to see your statement dodging these two simple questions.
this is becoming a joke. and wheres that pr u said george would be posting today?

if he in fact he had this planed it shouldnt be to hard to put that out.

FG,

It seems like going ballistic in a matter of minutes/hours without some questions of, and hopefully answers from, management is not too prudent from the leader of the pack is it? We'll need to keep you away from the missle launching button!! I'm sure the two full cycles that your involvement with SEVU has followed is disturbing!! As it is for all of us..

BUT it is obvious that the issue of major concern besides the thinking behind the various fuzzy (or worse) issues it is to creat a major dilution of our positions - like halving it for little to nothing. Hard to see why it would be needed by a company in our position and with the apparently proven product being build to orders. Lots of better financing alternatives should be available. Private companies fight long and hard to keep dilution to a minimum when working even with their favorite Investors. I suggest that that plan we've found in the 10Q gets scuttled and each current stock holder is extended a chance to get a share for a share held at a dime (more cleaver options could be created to but one gets the point I'm sure). The longs' supports of this company deserve the opportunity to benefit with its likely success.

Has anyone been able to contact Goerge relative to this dilution since the release of the 10Q?

Back to lurking, hoping for answers, and evaluation,
