And the fee they are talking about is if they are already in your brokerage account but want a paper cert. What I'm talking about is paper that LAHO prints out and mails to investors. There would be no fee for that but, there certainly would be to put it into electronic form in your account so its tradable, that along with plenty of hoops to jump through
