This is why they, with confidence tweeted that they are in compliance with SEC even though we dont see recent filings. I think they were saying "we are not going to be suspended because little do yall know we are working with top compliance (SEC) officials that are aware of our merger and deal with ALIBABA and HARBIN PHARMA, 2 of the most respected big brands in China. They are not going to let NOHO get suspended and have that headline out there...
