Me too. It will be interesting to see how the market digests this 13D filing and a few other filings. I do not understand this enough to really comment. It appears Dye is in cahoots here as 33.2% is huge to give to anyone for $21 Mil. Looking like they want to dominate Colorado real quick and do a roll up 2nd nothing anyone has seen. Something is really up and IMO it is the PPS. I believe SHWZ will own Colorado!
