It's also 100% FULLY PUBLIC INFORMATION that the CEO has filed a SEC form 15-12g and is moving to "ALTERNATIVE FILER" status on the OTC "AS WE SPEAK" and has made it patently clear THAT IS "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE" :)
"What is going on" = sometimes, apparently folks DO NOT UNDERSTAND BASIC DUE DILIGENCE IN THE STOCK MARKET if you ask me = no more complicated than that !
