Waiting on OTC plain and simple. Then he has to follow a, very slow process to upload the financials one at a time, wait for confirmation then upload the next quarter and the next, etc., etc. Each quarter takes 7 to 10 days to receive confirmation from OTC, then upload the next. Typical, government controlled process. Think of it as the Motor Vehicle Department on crack.
