It has been. You just need to keep watching the web site. What we don't have yet is confirmation. So repeating...given the registrants state...and the shift to godaddy...we have an assumption. Then you apply skepticism. The you study trade names and brands with regards to law. That then minimizes the skepticism associated with some one other than Novint Technologies owning said site.
Then we go to youtube...what was created in July....and yet the Novint image wasn't added til' last week. One can only assume...but yet no confirmation.
Then you go to facebook...what was also created in July...same date or day after the youtube channel. In the "about" section..it states it as an ecommerce site. Still only an assumption. And excluding the web site(unless a copycat flirting with trade name/brand law violations)....if these two(youtube/facebook) are fakes...well they are very strange fakes.
So you have to be skeptical....no matter what. But remember this...only the word "Novint" was used. They were first used on Youtube and Facebook. Not until this year...after the website domain was transferred to Godaddy did we see only the word "Novint" used again. This adds weight to all three being connected. And here is when we apply law:
