Because they are WAY behind on their filings going back to like 2012 or something, so the Alberta Securities Commission slapped a CTO on the stock and it then got picked up or recognized by all the other jurisdictions in Canada so we all get screwed.
Company has to get totally current on all filings OR apply to revoke the CTO before they will consider lifting it.
Not a good look for the company to have the CTO, even if only in one area.
