In talking to various CEO's lately there is a difference in their attitudes now that the various regulatory agencies are promising to start going after scammers in the OTC markets. I originally heard they would be cleaning up the penny stock market starting Sept 30 this year but now I heard June 30 as the date.
Whatever, the mere mention of their concern or looking into a company/individual brings concern to CEO's.
