#28065 RE: CaoPanShou #28063

I can say with certainty that the reverse merger WILL NOT move forward until the CE is removed. There is NO (as in zero) logic in a company spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy a cleaned up Pink Current ticker only to have their brand identity clouded by a CE. Companies taking the route of R/M to go public do so to gain access to capital markets, as opposed to an IPO. If a R/M is to be followed with a Reg. A offering to get that growth capital, management would want the share price as high as possible to keep the share count of the raise at a minimum, thereby limiting the dilutive effect. For a merging entity, the CE would keep the pps suppressed, limiting the effectiveness of their whole "going public" process. Sit tight and accumulate on dips. BLLB is the real deal.
