Great post... it seems as though we think a lot alike. The most interesting aspect of this play is not only the share structure, but also the fact that the original shareholders want a return on their investment. AMHD filed as an emerging growth company which gives them 5 years to hide their financials. The clock is ticking, as it’s been over 3 years since the name change and reverse split.

I would expect something to happen within the next year. Time to accumulate and wait it out.
