PEG is Projected Earnings Growth or PE divided by % growth for next year, so in your projection of a PE of 6 and a % growth for next year of 20% the PEG would be 0.3 (not good). I've dawdled through a few numbers myself, comments?
Guestimate net earnings in 2006 = $10M
Average O/S = 575M
Therefore EPS for 2006 = 0.0175
PPS @ 31 Dec = 0.021 therefore PE = 1.2
With an EPS of 0.0175 there is only one way the pps should move and that is north.
