Remo already won ownership and is already conducting business. You don't acquire a company by having a temper tantrum and filing fake PR's and 8K's. If MMG hade a case they could have filed in court a long time ago, no evidence they ever did.
They violated the terms of an agreement and lost the company. If Remo was to walk into court and file for custodianship he would get it. The judge would easily rule in his favor because he is doing what the court expects. He got current, he is conducting business. MMG let the company become delinquent.
