I'm not sure Teets. I just can't vote for anyone associated with Keevil and Currah. They seem to only care about lining their pockets with shareholders money. I hope whatever happens it is an outcome that keeps them away and rewards long term shareholders.

I vaguely remember that there is nothing Dan can do for 3 years. But there are options to move pass the lawsuit after that. If the vote is withheld, if Dan is really still doing anything with SRSR, I would hope to see a investor letter on updates.
