AND first and foremost imho they would NOT USE CASH IMHO they would just use shares as they have ample of those as well!!
Pard CASH is hard to come by, and CASH IS KING and companies will hold onto their CASH and use stock for buyouts

Been saying all along say 8600 HCMC for one PMI share or somewhere in the range of .01- .03 per share for HCMC


Let's see hw it pans out.

OH and I gave ya a follow for owning up to it being notes and NOT SHARES that are delisted, TRUTH will always set ya free...............
