He's in jail on weekends, unless he getts picked up again for more crimes during the weekdays. And it depends on the COVID status at the jail - some weekends were deferred during the ~OUTTbreaks.

Weekdays best places to find him are at liquor stores in South Lake Tahoe or Reno (sometimes Eldorado Hills area) or scoring his fix in the area of Watt Avenue and I-80 in Sactown - all along Watt.
