Actually a companies commercial value is it's vision and execution. The stock exchange is no more than a scoreboard for how well a company is doing. You need to understand that the Stockmarket does not do anything nor make any money!
Companies with Vision, Execution, Leadership and most importantly Commercial Profitability are what makes investors money.
