2. the surplus money from lbie must flow to lbhi.
3. Payment for ECaps interest was from the surplus money.
4. Surplus money was realized after all “Lbie creditors” was “paid in full”..
5. Also, ECaps was paid after the UK court ruling.

Wonder now if you see the right logic on why in your point of view, lbhi pays ECaps interest????

Also if you see the reason why Cts interest is not paid like ECaps???
