I am not a professional and with the market being unstable it is hard to say or predict.
But from the looks of it there is HIGHER LOWS FORMING and A/S is tapped out with no intention of increasing that to me shows that another PR WILL BRING THIS TO A NEW 52 WEEK HIGH !
