I get it...I am merely commenting on the realities of that note. I have to admit it is a pretty creative way to get the $2 million in financing....but investors should understand the “price” being paid for that financing which is about 122 million shares of stock.
What someone does with that information is up to them.
I am amazed that most investors only care about their bottom line as if the management and the funding company (RBC) does not have the right to increase the shares and take profit for their hard work and creating value.
the moment there is a talk about diluting even for good reason they sell off and I am happy about that I have made lots of money on oversold good stocks for that specific reason, SBFM, CLWD are such examples.
