Manos is incompetent and or corrupt and whiney ("mean dishonest people cheated me out of my company!"... then no show for latest court date).

Any update other than I have sold the shell will plumet this ticker to .0001.

Any update suggesting that the 'party dipper' is now the new business and it is selling in Costco will rocket this to no bid. Plastic plates!!!??? Really!!!???

This is pure risk, a pure gamble that this incompetent can clean up this shell and package the shell for sale. This is a significant undertaking unlikely to be completed by an incompetent.

In my opinion, if this process is not already almost complete the ticker will be delisted by sec.
