That's part of why I'm voting yes, Imax is public and in their theatres as wells as Cineplex in Canada

It can also mean further expansion of markets outside the USA, just because they have access does not mean they will use these Shelf Shares if the motion is approved

It can also act as a Poison Pill if someone tries buying them at multi year lows which also tells me that they feel the company is undervalued as of now

That’s what I’m thinking. if the number was much lower I would have concern. That is just way to much unless they are looking to raise capital to buy out other theater groups. I think we find out a lot Wednesday if you want on better load early next week
